Full power, no beep, no visual

Hello,
I was working on my computer when it suddenly decided to cut the visual and continue running.
I have shut if off turned it back on.
Replaced the power supply, replaced the RAM. Taken it completely apart and put it back together. It still will not bring up a visual.
Any suggestions or ideas as to what could be wrong?
