Question Full screen ads randomly appearing on my phone?

Out of nowhere full screen ads have been randomly appearing on my phone, doesn't matter what I'm doing or what programs are open. When ads appears, I'll tap the bottom right of my screen to view programs currently open, but don't see nothing that could off caused the add, the ad simply says "Promotion" with a megaphone icon to the left of the word promotion. I've installed and ran Malewarebytes and it didn't find anything..

I started out by looking for the "terms of service"

Found the following link:

Did not find explicit terms of service; however, may simply just be missing something.

I then went to the FAQs and tried a few queries with respect to the your problem. No meaningful results especially if I included "ad" or "advertisement". "Full" found a number of FAQs but not appeared relevant.

Decided to "Chat" as "not a customer" but I am not willing to give up the requested information even with a throw-away email address.

You, as an account holder, should be able to contact Tracfone and subsequently get help, guidance, or assistance with the full screen ads.

Contact them. I will be interested in the results.
