Full screen color blind mode help

So whenever I want to play a game that goes full screen it always is in one of the color blind modes. I turn off my monitor and back on and then it reverses, anything not fullscreen is color blind. None of my ingame color blind settings are on and no color blind settings on my computer are on. My friend has the same problem with his laptop so it’s not unique. It started for him after he got the new windows update so maybe something to do with that? Anybody have any way to help?

have a look in settings/Ease of Access/Colour filters. See if this mode is on. You can swap to them by pressing Ctrl + Win Key + C

Odd thing is that mode is all or nothing, not just if you play a game. It shouldn't be specific to just in game or not.

Have you updated Graphics card drivers?
