Question Full Windows and driver restart?

How do i restart windows, and my driver software so that my pc is "factory new". Doing this because i think switching from amd to nvidia created some problems with my drivers. Dont feel like im getting the performance i should be getting, and games like fortnite can only be played when i have V-sync enabled in game. Im using an overclocked i5 4690, 8GB DDR3 Ram and a Geforce GTX 1080.

I will try, but do you think my 8gb ram is bottlenecking my gpu?
