Fullscreen Gaming Problems

Hey guys i'm having a problem with a graphics card that really shouldnt be a problem. This is the graphics card http://www.microcenter.com/product/427865/radeon_7770_2gb_ddr3_pci-e_30_video_card . The specs are there too. I can play games smoothly and in high quality but only in 1378 x 660 or something like that. In that resolution it runs perfectly. Weird thing is this graphics card can run up to three monitors. http://i.imgur.com/5wB3tiA.png?1 <----- Specs. I also have an hdmi converting to a dvi plug directly to my monitor. I have no idea what the issue is. I loose frames in full screen when i know i'm not supposed too.
