[SOLVED] Fullscreen GPU artifacts

When I put something in fullscren like youtube or a game it gets artifacts. How can I fix it?

a game artificating often means the GPU is beginning to fail and on it's way out, assuming you have adequate voltage and nothing is overclocked...
