in some games the audio cares over when tabed out, and in some games it doesn't.

whats it "supposed" to be?

and is there any options to change this(i dont want audio

in csgo there is a command but in black ops 3 and gta5 it carries over and is annoying

Depends entirely on the game / engine used. Some will auto-pause when tabbed out, some will mute audio but carry on playing, some will leave everything on etc.

I don't think there's a solution that can force one kind of behaviour.
