Fully functional PC?

I know I'm missing a case, keyboard, mouse and monitor but from what I have here, will these components work together? Any suggestions? My price range is around $800 and I want it to be able to play games on full settings. Thanks.

Everything will work and you made a few excellent choices there (PSU, HDD), other could use some tweaking.

a) get 1600 MHz RAM (CL9)
b) for that unlocked CPU, you will need a proper aftermarket CPU cooler if you wish to OC. If not, then there is no reason to get K version.
c) GTX 660 is outdated, get 760
d) maybe, just maybe you could squeeze in one 128GB (or even 256GB)SSD just for the OS drive? Tremendous performance gains.
e) I guess that OS is a matter of personal preference, but I still prefer Windows 7 😉

Thank you guys. I updated my GTX 660 to the Sapphire Radeon R9 270X, my power supply to the XFX 650W 80+ Bronze, and My Storage to the Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5''. I aslo my squeeze in a 256GB SSD.

Great choice there, sir. Make sure you upgrade the RAM modules to 1600 MHz as well, and to get a proper CPU cooler if you intend to overclock. And you most likely do, otherwise I dont see any point in a K processor.

The cooler I have picked the SilverStone NT07-AM2. I was told it's the biggest bang for it's buck. And yes I did update my RAM to the G.SKill RipJaw series (2 x 4gb). This is all going in the Mini ITx BitFenix Prodigy case. This is my first build, I've been educating myself as much as I can but I wanted to make sure it checked out before I purchased this stuff. Thanks again.

You can fit a Cooler Master Evo instead of the Silverstone one. (to get better cooling) Also I found a chart that shows the performance of that cooler.

It shows that the cooler is really bad. It only suggest this cooler for a CPU with a TDP of 65W. So, don't get the SilverStone NT07-AM2 unless you want your CPU hot and to poorly overclock. On the chart you'll find the Cooler Master 212. That was the cooler before the evo (new model).
