Functional dell keyboard, yet it is very selective [HELP]

SO i recently purchased a Dell Premier bluetooth keyboard. I didnt spill anything on it, or drop it or etc. And it still functions..... sometimes. I tested the keyboards keys. They all work. The problem is that sometimes, it just stops working. you can type anything you want and it will not do anything. After about 1-2 minutes it will resume function, for about 20 seconds. I am running linux, but im pretty sure this is a hardware issue. Sorry for all my bad grammar, I am typing on the worlds worst keyboard, that is , unfortunatley the only other usb key board in my house. thanks ahead

Nevermind, This seems to be a software issue. I plugged the usb thing into my mac it worked fine. Il have to file this as a bug for ubuntu. Will delete this tomorrow .
