Went on vacation and shutdown/unplugged PC before leaving. Won't power up and only 3 green lights on MB are present.

1-Have reset CMOS
2-removed/swapped battery
3-manually jumped power
4-swapped out RAM
5-unplugged both power and cabling to non-essentials, no fans/post whats so ever

Out of ideas before swapping gear. Home-built and has been running for 3year+. Don't have access to alternate components, but maybe start with PS replacement?

i5-4670
Asus Z87-A
2 corsair 8gb DDR3
GTX970
Apevia 900w PS
WD hybrid drive 550gb
Win10 pro

Solution
Haven't had experience with apevia power supplies. I've had situations where you move a computer and the power supply died on systems that were a few years old. So the power supply may have been on the way out. Recommend testing, and replacing with one from seasonic, evga, Corsair, antec, etc if needed.
