So ive got a buddy who is giving me an older pc he was just otherwise gonna scrap. It consists of a amd athlon 2 x3 450 processor, 6 gigs of ram, no clue on the speed, a 500gb hard drive, radeon hd 3850 gpu and a 300 watt psu. The funny part of this is i was wondering is it even possible to game with this? If the processor wouldn't bottleneck too much would i be able to throw in a 1050 ti or a 560? Id love to use this as a light gaming machine to play games like wot blitz, tf2, artemis, minecraft, etc, or is this a dud and should only be used for streaming yt videos to my tv? Id love to make this a sff pc to take to lan parties to play games like that which are in the class of "Light gaming"

I feel like since that CPU is slower than a Celeron G3900, that it will almost always bottleneck either of those GPUs. You could get one of those GPUs and upgrade the CPU if you'd like.
