furmark and valley benchmark locked at 30fps

After installing catalyst 15.7.1 and trying to overclock. the Fps on Furmark and valley are stuck at 30fps and i have no idea why. i used afterburner for OC
GPU HD 5850 asus

Do you have Vsync or any framerate limiters enabled?

i dont think so but still guide me disable them in Catalyst and in afterburner
