Furmark "CPU burner" to stress test OC

I'm trying to stress test my 4690k, and I'm wondering if the Furmark CPU burner is as good as, say, using Intel Burn Test, AIDA64, and whatever else everyone recommends.

If it helps, I'm running a 4690k at 1.3V and at 4.4GHz (not for power efficiency but just to get a stable OC. I'll work on power efficiency once I get a good stable number).

EDIT: This does push my CPU to 100% on all cores, according to HWMonitor. My temps max out around 72-73 degrees celcius.

Anything that loads system to the max is good enough. You can also try http://www.ocbase.com/index.php/download it monitors all parameters at same time.
