Furmark, is it okay to use furmark to test my card?

Should I use furmark to test my gpu?

Does my gpu only get harmed if it gets hot enough?

Hi there
You can quite happily use that software as your card's cooling system should be able to handle the heat.
Just be sure to have reasonable airflow through your case to ensure the heat generated is properly vented.
