Future 720p gaming?

Think a gtx 760 or 770 will allow user to game at 720p low to ultra for 2 to 3 years before upgrading? Either by using SLI or getting new card.

I can get (2) 760 sc for 250.

Cpu is Fx 8350 with corresponding hardware.

At 720p you should be able to run most (if not all) modern games at their max settings with either card. The GTX 770 might be a bit smoother than dual GTX 760, tho.
