Future Boy and the Uncooperative Lizard

Okay, I am well and truly stuck in Future Boy, and the hints are no help.
Can somebody give me a nudge?

Future Boy spoilers below...

I'm in what I think/hope is a late section of the game. Frank is out cold
in the warehouse on the north side of town. Bob and Gorrd are there and
refuse to leave. I'm wearing the Future Boy costume, and I've gotten rid
of the cops who were guarding the helicopter and the hole with a grate at
the bottom. Now I need to, apparently, get through the grate. According
to the hints, I do that by rolling the keg in there. Only... the keg is
in Duke's. The hints tell me to have Gorrd lift it out of there for me.
But Gorrd, unhelpfully enough, won't leave the warehouse. There are no
hints as to how I can persuade him to do so.

Can anybody help?

This irritated me too. I managed to get past it, but it's a little hazy
in my mind and I'm not sure I even knew at the time how I'd done it.

Anyway, I just restored an old saved game, and I think I found the
answer. By this time you should have seen the helicopter. Talk to
Priscilla about it, and you should be able to persuade her to follow
you. After that, talk to Bob again and you should be able to persuade
him and Gorrd to come with you.

Keep in mind that Bob Finger is more the leader and Gorrd more the follower.
If you've asked Gorrd for help, he'll say he will if it's okay with Bob. So
>TALK TO BOB: he'll tell you he's got Frank, so he's staying right there.
But once you convince him to Do The Right Thing, he'll follow you, and Gorrd
will follow him.

Thanks Kent (and Greg)! I think this was a case of me getting tripped up
by my ingrained IF habits. Because Future Boy supports CHARACTER, COMMAND,
I forget that TALK TO might offer things that it doesn't. Thus, when I
say BOB, FOLLOW ME and he flatly refuses, I mistakenly concluded that this
was all that's implemented. However, even when I TALK TO him the first
time, I still get that flat refusal -- it's only if I TALK TO him again
that I can begin to convince him. The thing is, his initial refusal is so
flat -- I don't think I had enough feedback to suggest to me that further
wheedling might be fruitful. Also, I think it would be nice if
subsequent responses to BOB, FOLLOW ME went along the same lines as
subsequent responses to TALK TO BOB. (I don't have my copy of the game
with me -- maybe they already do.) So that was my experience, for what
it's worth. Thanks again for the nudge.
