This is going to be my upcoming PC and I was wondering if you guys could give me your opinions and recommendations towards my build.

How much more expensive is the i7 6700k and ddr4 ram?

You could even use a 550w Psu in that system, but I'd get a 650w, 750w is overkill
Also I'd get a better cpu cooler
