I want to build a new computer and it would be nice if i can still run games(@1980*1082, ultra(or high) settings, at least 4x AA) after 4 years without any upgrade(if this is possible). I've read that most people for the CPU an i5 3570K prefer, but wouldn't an i7 3770K be nicer? If i'm not planning on an upgrade?

My specs are gonna be:
CPU: i5 3570K or i7 3770K (i'm not planning to overclock, maybe after a few years i will)
CPU-cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212+ EVO
GPU: nvidia gtx 690
RAM: 12GB DDR3 1600MHz
CASE: Cooler Master HAF 912
Motherboard: ASRock z77 Extreme 4

*I'm not a specialist at computers so if something like the motherboerd don't match with something please tell me :)

-Thanks

This should be future-proof enough. Unless some ground breaking new technology is developed, you don,t have to worry for 3 to 4 years. People go for the i5 because gaming is more dependant on the Graphics card than the processor after a point.
The choice between i5 and i7 is entirely yours depending on the type and level of usage you forsee in the next 3-4 years.

So it doesn't realy matter what's the best for later? Between an i5 3570K or an i7 3770K?

For 3 years the i5 will serve you just fine. But I guess the i7 will have more of a fighting chance on the off chance that games become more demanding in the future.
The i5 wont bottleneck the GPU for sure. Plus if needed you can always overclock, specially with the Hyper212. So it comes down to the fact if you have more uses other than gaming that are CPU dependant and resource heavy, go for i7, otherwise stick with i5.
