Future-proof Kaby Lake build?

I've put together an i5-7600k build without a graphics card. I'm likely going to be getting a GTX 1060 6gb or a GTX 1070. Either work. I want the latest components, so I'll only be going Kaby Lake and Z270. Is this the best I'm going to get for the price?

Today yes, in around a month maybe not. Zen's pricing could throw a wrench into everything. I'm building a new computer and would have done it a week ago but I'm intrigued by AMD for the first time in 8 years

Thing is, I'm eager to get my CPU and motherboard in so I can begin playing with my friends. Does anyone have any idea when the Ryzen will be announced? Release? I don't want to wait more than a month. I need to start saving for a G-card! 😀

I understand AMD has been budget-oriented. So, is it possible that we will get something comparable to the i5-7600k at a lower price?

What leaked info there is shows it going clock with broadwell chips and winning some of the time. Which should put it real close to sky/kaby lake.
