SSD Corsair + HDD Barracuda
RX 460 Gb DDR5
PSU 700Watt

Edit 2: I just bought i5 7400. the item will arrive this monday

What would be your budget? Do you know your case or maybe the case size (atx, matx, Mini itx)?

For gaming the RX460 is the weakest part but GPU prices are insane at the moment.
