So Im thinking of buying a new Cpu and MOBO.Currently my pc specs are:
i5-4460 3.20 Ghz
gtx 1050 ti 4gb
1x8ram 1600mhz DDR3
Toshiba DT01ACA100 1TB
ASRock H81M-VG4 R2.0 motherboard..
So I want to upgrade the CPU to ryzen 5 3600, the MOBO with ASRock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming K4 or with MSI B450M BAZOOKA V2, and finally the ram with 2x8Gb ram DDR4 3000MHz Kingston HyperX Predator

And I wanna ask if there's gonna be any bottleneck.
(Also Im gonna be upgrading the gpu in the future, maybe to gtx 1660 ti or rtx 2060 super).

Solution
I don't understand why this would even be of concern.

It's a solid upgrade. If the graphics card isn't performing as you wish, upgrade that as soon as you can.

Do you have a budget??

Is this pc primarily for gaming, or is batch work equally important?

Depending on the types of games you play, your most effective upgrade could be either cpu or gpu.
Try this simple test:
Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

What is the make/model of your psu?
A graphics upgrade might need a stronger psu.

You might find that changing from a HDD to a ssd will be one of the most satisfying of upgrades.

The ryzen upgrade you suggested looks ok to me.
If you are an intel fan, the current 9thy gen processors can be equally good.

Well the pc would be mostly for gaming. My psu is 500 W (dont know the model).
I might look to switch to a SSD but for now i try to save some money and use my current HDD.

Also i will try the methods you suggested :)
