Hi guys!
I’m having this issue and it’s driving me nuts.

My PC specs:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
Intel Core i5 6600.
8GB of RAM.
Asus B150 Pro Gaming Aura.
Palit GTX 970 4GB Jetstream.
And my monitor is a cheap one, LG W1943S.

It was running fine and sharp, by that I mean not blurry/fuzzy with the integrated graphics but not with my GPU. I’ve set the resolution to the max (1360×768), installed the driver, updated and changed the BIOS settings. I’m using a VGA-Thunderbolt converter. Could it be the one causing the issue?

Solution
1) There's no such thing as a VGA to thunderbolt converter for the 970. You can either have straight VGA (very few have that), DVI-I to VGA dongle, HDMI to VGA, or DP to VGA. Nothing in your system supports thunderbolt in either direction!

2) That monitor is 1366x768, NOT 1360x768! You MUST set it to 1366x768 for it to work at 100%!

3) Upgrade your monitor to 1080p already, the 970 is crying to be useful, right now it's twiddling it's thumbs doing nothing most of the time!
