FX 4100 4.5ghz VS FX-8320 4.4ghz? Worth an upgrade for watch dogs

FX 4100 4.5 Ghz

6gb ddr3 ram

GTX 660 TI OC EDITION

Will i be getting more FPS if a change my processor to a FX 8320 and then overclock it to 4.4ghz? Will there be noticable differrence in fps if i change from my current FX 4100 4.5GHZ?

I wont be changing my monitor. I will stick to 1366 x 768 fyi. so is it worth an upgrade?

I believe it's going to depend on the game you are playing since some games can utilize more CPU cores than others. You also have to consider that the x3xx pile driver series were an improvement over the x1xx bulldozer series so looking at it from that perspective yes you will an improvement that's noticeable. Even if you don't change the monitor it would be an improvement IMO.

I agree with the previous poster. You will find much better performance with the fx 6300.

You're FPS increase will vary from game to game but 15 - 20 would be good estimate if not more.
