FX-4300 + True Spirit 140 or i5-3350p with stock cooler + simple OC?

Hi guys,

I don't know which CPU should I choose: FX-4300 + True Spirit 140 for an extreme overclock ( What speed could I achieve? I saw that a FX-6300 needs to be at 4.8GHz to reach i5-3350p's speed ) or the i5-3350p with stock cooler and OC it to like 3.9GHz ( max it could do )?

Or should I get the FX-8320 instead? I guess it'd be a good option not only because it has 8 cores ( i know they aren't all true cores ) and I'm gonna do some heavy programming & little 3d modelling but it will be mainly for gaming but because it has the capability of OC'ing and I'd like to keep the machine for at least 3 or 4 years. I guess I should get the FX-8320 and OC it, what you guys think? Because then I could upgrade to Steamroller CPUs if needed and the AMD CPU can be OC'ed and pushed much further than the speed of the i5-3350p.
