fx-6120 and gtx 770

I have an hp Envy-1414 desktop that i upgraded with a gtx 650 ti boost and a seasonic m12 II 650 watt psu. My processor remains the same stock fx-6120. My question is would the fx-6120 bottleneck the gpu, even tho ive never seen the cpu over 60% load on new titles like bf4 and assasins creed bf on MAX settings?

Upgrading your graphics card will allow higher detail settings and resolutions.
This won't cause increased CPU usage.
If what you wanted was higher frame rates though, the CPU could still be bottleneck.

you should get the 6300 fx at least, bulldozer was horrible and it's pretty widely known as so
