fx-6200 overclock capable?

I am wondering if my xfx ts550 will have enough power to run an over clocked fx 6200 and a r9 280x?

A 125W CPU OC'd (150W?) and a 250W gfx card will take it to its extreme 80+% efficiency limit for the 528W +12V rail. But the XFX is a good PSU. It will probably do OK... if you already have the PSU. If you haven't bought the PSU yet, grab an XFX at least 600W.
