Hello guys i'm from India and prices of gfx cards are really high here but cpu prices are good. iam building anew desktop for gaming at 720p and the two cpu-gpu combinations that fit in my budget are
fx 6300 + raedon 250x or
fx 4300 + gtx 750

I play racing simulation and rts games mostly with a little bit of bf4 and metro last night.
iwill buy an cpu cooler next year to overclock the fx processor and will also slightly overclock my gpu.
I need your heelp in getting the right combo. other than gaming i browse the web alot(everybody does) and edit pictures.
please help i wanna build it as soon as possible .
thanks.

Yes there will be noticeable difference between FX 4300 & FX 6300 in day to day tasks like heavy Internet Browsing, playing HD content, multitasking, video encoding(especially when compressing videos for uploading), etc

As I already mentioned FX 6300 + GTX 750 will be much better choice and not only in performance but also for its much better price/performance

And I should also mention that some FPS games like BF4 are also CPU intensive
Performance→GTX 750 > R7 250x
Performance→ FX 6300>> FX 4300
Most probably there won't be much difference between both builds in gaming especially in BF4 , Crysis 3 and all other CPU intensive games( Maybe FX 4300+ GTX 750 will win in other games but by little margin)

A better choice will be FX 6300+ GTX 750

thats why i asked you all because simulation and rts games tend to be more cpu-heavy than fps games so a FX 6300 MIGHT HAVE BEEN HELPFUL but a 750 is much more power than 250x and is also newer. Also i wnted to ask if there would be any noticeable difference during day to day use between fx 4300 and 6300.
and i would like to mention that this build wont be upgraded in future except addition of a cpu cooler and a 128 gb ssd in the coming year. so plaese help me out.

thanks for your comment but i cant go with a fx 6300 + 750 (no more money left).either its fx 6300 + 250x or fx 4300 + gtx 750 or i get a fx 6300 now and wait for 4 to 5 months without gfx card and then get a 750. is that worth the wait?

You will need a graphics card with FX series CPU's because they don't have Integrated GPU.

Also I should mention that after seeing some benchmarks r7 250x and GTX 750 have very less difference (hardly 2-5% in favour of GTX 750)and they can go much further than 720p gaming.

While FX 6300 is significantly better than FX 4300

So keeping all these things in mind FX 6300 + R7 250x is the way to go

i have a my mobo has hd 3000 already so it can atleast drive my display till a gfx card comes but is 750 worth the wait?
also, altough i game at 720p, I like to kepp anti-aliasing high (ssaa and msaa, not post processing) which put a lot of load on the gpu (though i kepp non sense effects of to get 40-45 fps.)
another point for considering 750 is that it is of newer architecture and might last me longer as the rig wont be upgraded much before 2017.

Difference between r7 250x and GTX 750 is not much and both will max out any game at 720p and they can even go higher.
Is GTX 750 worth the wait for 4-5months?
NO
Is GTX 750 is worth the wait for few weeks or atmost a month?
YES
FX 6300+ r7 250x will be better deal for your budget.

THAT WAS MY VERY POINT. STILL THANK YOU.

I HAVE GOT A FX 6300 AND FX 4300 FOR TESTING ( I WAS AN OLD CUSTOMER OF THE SHOPKEEPER SO HE GAVE ME BOTH FOR TESTING(BECAUSE NO ONE IS BUYING AMD PROCESSORS HERE SO HE HAD A LARGE STOCK LEFT WITH HIM ) I WILL POST MY EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL COMPUTING TASKS AND IMAGE EDITING.
