$800 in what currency? Are you able to order from outside Norway or are you restricted to ordering/buying from stores within?

To be real with you, I look at your games played, and I can see the AVG range of graphics that you will need. To best suit you for your budget and performance range I would actually highly recommend what I call the starter combo-set.

This involves a computer thats built completely around an AMD APU. Like an A-10 APU with a discreet r7 250, This will allow you to use AMDs DUAL GRAPHICS, which allows you to crossfire the discrete r7 250, ITS ONLY the 250 or 240 that you can do this with, as the AMD apu A-10 has a r7-250 GPU die on the chip aswell.
This along with a good amount of ram 16-32gb of ram, The fastest your CPU or mobo bus will Possibly handle, Most likely something like 2133.

This will give you a perfect performance PC for your budget and what you want to do with it.
