fx 6300 BE keeps idling (SOS)

well..i tried ocing my fx 6300(black edition) from 3.8 to 4.1...i just need to be sure but i think its normal..the thing that concerns me is that when it drops from 4.1 to 1.5 and so ..it stays there for quite some time before it goes back to 4.1..can i do sth for it or its normal ? (ty in advance)

What motherboard? What cpu temperature when the drop to 1.5 happens?

Monitor it while stress testing with CPU-Z, Prime95, Aida64, Cinebench or any other similar software. It might be simple idling.

Also, FX-6300 lowers speed at 70.5c. Keep an eye on it with AMD Overdrive. Just remember that AMD Overdrive shows thermal margin (temp difference till max) so higher is better.
