Fx-6300 gtx 770 bottleneck?

How much of a bottleneck will a 6300 have on a 4GB MSI 770? I have it over clocked to 4.2, btw. I think I'm going to upgrade to an 8350 in the future.

6300 will be fine in a large majority of the games, especially overclocked.

Upgrading to a 8350 would not be a large enough difference to be worth it... I would definitely wait.
