Solution pierrerock Oct 16, 2014 M5a97 evo, LE or 2.0 ? because they all have different voltage module regulation and thermal design.

pierrerock Reputable Jul 4, 2014 898 0 5,660 Oct 17, 2014 #7 the plain version (let's call it 1.0) is somewhat the same as 2.0 (just not windows 8 ready) It pack a 4+1 Voltage regulation modules or phase controller if you prefer. and a ok Thermal design. I have seen people overclocking 6300 CPU with this board. Here is a guide for overclocking with your board : http://www.overclock.net/t/1348623/amd-bulldozer-and-piledriver-overclocking-guide-asus-motherboard Upvote 0 Downvote
