fx 6300 motherboard

i need a motherboard for a FX 6300.
I have 3 requirements:

Be 100% compatible with the cpu without having to flash or update it with another cpu. (im new to pc gaming and dont understand it)

Good to oc with. getting it to 4.5 ghz or above with only 212 evo.

be under $120

i was looking at the Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 and the ASRock 970 Extreme3

What does the R2.0 mean. a re release with bios update? there is a R2.0 of the ASRock 970 Extreme3

Plz suggest any mobos that fit the requirement

You may need a little more cooler power than the EVO to get above 4.5GHz, you will also need a 990FX chipset board for reliable OCing. The 970 chipset won't cut it.

Well the Asrock Extreme 3 990FX is decent.

Mostly people get to about 4.4GHz with the EVO.
