FX-6300 Need help making overclock stable.

I'm trying to make my FX-6300 run stable at 4.5 GHz. I have a hyper 212 EVO to cool it, my motherboard is an AsRock 990FX Extreme 3. I have the CPU voltage set to 4.125V and it lasts in OCCT for around a minute before an error is produced. The NB is at the default frequency, I never messed around with that, 2000 MHz. Do I need to overclock the NB? I don't know whether or not that affects CPU stability, this is my first time overclocking.

How high can you get the OC with just the CPU clock multiplier alone? I was able to get both my FX-6300s up to 4.2GHZ without touching the vcore. Turn off Turbo.
