i wanna overclock my cpu because i want to get a few more fps on games.

motherboard:asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0
water cooling system for the cpu

so my question is: by overclocking the pcu will consume more watts, i wanna buy a Modular CX750M ATX Power Supply — 750 Watt 80 PLUS® Bronze Certified(don't have more money for another)

that psu will work ok ?
