FX-6300 searching for GPU

Hello, i recently upgraded my pc:
MB: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
RAM: 4GB 1333MHz
CPU: FX-6300
PSU: 500W

So im searching for budget used gpu. Currently have few better deals:
Asus GTX 295 for 80$
GTX 560 ti 108$
Cards like R9 270 ; 7870 are around 150$
Two 3870x2 cards for 100$ (to crossfire?)
MSI 6950 for 100$
Some GTX 260 for around 40$ each (to crossfire?)
7950 for 140$
im ready to spend 100$ at max could 150$
So which would be best solution for gaming 1680x1050 Most playable games are bf3, crysis 3, Total war series.
My bet is that its worth to collect a little more money to buy 7950, no?

you cant get a powerful gpu unless you have 200$+ for 150$ you will get a lower-mid range card

7950 for 140$ i doubt that 7950 is lower-mid range card.... im telling you that im not searching for brand new, im looking for used gpu

7950 is the best bet.... just dont buy a reference design

6970 is old, dont buy it..7950 is better
