FX 6300 STUCK on 1.4ghz (7x200 multiplier)

Hello,
I have no idea what to do now..
My CPU FX6300 run on low frequency (1400mhz).. Can someone help me ?
I reset BIOS still same, voltage 8.4V unable to change
Help me please ..

Can't you change multiplier in the BIOS ? Where did you find that 8.4 voltage ?

ok, do two things:
First, load optimized defaults in bios and restart.
Second, go to the power settings option in windows and select High Performance. AFter selecting go to the advanced settings in high performance and restore defaults.
