FX-6300 w/ 212 EVO or FX-8320 w/ stock cooler?

Which CPU should I choose a FX-6300 w/ 212 EVO or FX-8320 w/ stock cooler? for this build- http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/4CKhvK.

I won't be troubled with too much noise since most of the time I will use headphones.
Any suggestions of a modification to the build is welcome.

You can go with a FX-8320 and the Hyper 212 EVO.
If your PCs purpose is gaming,an i5 based build is a bit better.
But the FX-8320 with a Hyper 212 EVO will do just fine

on that motherboard? get the fx6300...

you won't be overclocking it much~ i promise you that. and i wouldn't put an 8 core on that board either way.

go with 8320 with the hyper evo. thats what i have on my current pc and the sound is 100X quieter than the stock cooler, plus you can overclock it. also i would recommend a motherboard with a 990 chipset and for this if you want it cheap then try to find an open box deal at your preferred dealer.

get the fx 8320. you wont get much oc from that board. the extra 2 cores will be helpful for the future instead of overclocking your 6300 and having a cooler.
