FX-6350 with GA-MA770T-UD3 (rev. 1.4)

Hi,

Can anyone tell if my old Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3 rev 1.4 board is compatible with the new FX-6350 cpu? Can I flash the bios to make it run? I saw that a rev 3.1 of the same motherboard will take the cpu? Please help before I purchase.

Appears to have no FX support for CPU's.

where did you get the support list? I went over and it showed a link but nothing came up for me.

Thank you for looking into this. I thought for a while that There is a way to flash the bios to make the FX cpu work.

Yep, only the FX 4130, the cheap and poor Quad core.

To find it you go to Gigabyte, find the board, support, CPU Support list.
