FX-6360 4.9Ghz unstability

MSI 970 gaming motherboard
FX-6350
Strix gtx 960
12gb ddr3 1600mhz
650w PSU
Cooler master Masterliquid lite 240
120gb ssd


So I've managed to overclock my FX-6350 to 4.9ghz @1.58v so that it is stable when I go to BIOS and wont crash. But when I try to boot to windows it shows the windows logo and the loading icon, loads for few seconds, and then blackscreen and the whole thing over. What could be the solution be? I've tried lowering and increasing the voltage and the NB speed, but adjusting both of those seems to only get me further from booting. Please help.

That OC is way to high for that setup and that voltage is crazy.

Thats the lowest that I got it stable on. how big of an OC do you recommend for me to try?

If it makes it ONLY into the BIOS , THAT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE TO STABLE.

Safe stable voltage is way below 1.58v. I am not too sure about AMD but I would stick below 1.4

Ok so that is the closest I got it to stable at 4.9Ghz. went all the way from +0.01 to there so what do you recommend I should do?
