Fx 8300 or 8320e

Hello guys, i need some help. I can buy an amd fx 8300 for 119 euros or an fx 8320E for 117 euros, thats really not a difference when we talk about the price, but what cpu of these 2 performs better when we talk about gaming and myb some video recording / editing?

They are pretty much identical, so it doesn't matter. What matters is that you pick a good mobo with 8 power phases and good VRM heat sink to support that CPU and overclock it. And then a good PSU too.

tier 1 of ya can, tier 2 is ok.

That's true and I like that list. I am going say that many of the tier 3 are decent as well. 1 & 2 are just top quality. As a safe bet, Seasonic, XFX, and Antec, in that order, are pretty top notch. The other ones, such as Cooler Master and Corsair, are more "mix bag".

I've already got the GA-970A-UD3 mobo, i red on many sites that that's a rly good mobo for overclocking. Thx for the help guys, i appreciate it

Yeah, it has a 8+2 power phase and sufficient heatsink. I have the UD3P, which is very similar, and it is awesome. The PSU is just as important though, so don't cheap out on it.
