FX-8310 just 4 pins

Hello,my power connection for cpu on the mobo has 8 pin power ,but my psu has only 4 pin connector.Does this affect my perfomance by 50% ?

No, it shouldnt impact performance at all.
You can try running the processor with only 4 pins installed, one side of the connection, however you wont be able to overclock etc.

i dont know if my psu can handle my fx 8310 cuz is a 300w psu

I was thinking to buy a 500w bronze(Segotep GTR-550 550W)

i forgot to say that when i start stress test in prime95 my cpu is using around 70w and this cpu must consume 125w

PCIe bus can provide up to 75W of power, anything above that has to be supplied separately. With inadequate PSU you are risking more than just PSU but whole system.

Those powers for CPU are actually for TDP https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermal_design_power and not electrical watts which are lower than that.
