fx 8320 @4.2 good for 1080p streaming?

ram: 8gb
stock cooling

any suggestions?? my gpu comes in tomorrow! will it run smoothly? if not, upgrade cpu to i7 4970k? Should I change to liquid cooling?
this is all for video editing, streaming and gaming.

Your CPU will bottleneck the GTX 980ti significantly in some situations.

Upgrading to the i7-4970k would provide a huge increase in performance, but also consider that you'll need to get a new motherboard to do that as well.

That motherboard is also a bad choice for the 8320 , has a very poor power and thermal design.

Micro boards shouldn't be used with any chip above the FX6300.

The i7-4790k alone costs about $350, so there is no way to get that plus a motherboard and case for under $400.

A great board to pair the i7-4790k with is the Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO, though this is a premium board so it is expensive.
