FX-8320 for unreal engine 4?

Should I get this CPU along with the coolermaster 212 hype CPU fan? i was thinking of getting it and overclocking it as well.should i get it? at the moment i have a FX 4100. And i do gaming and i want to use UE4 A lot more often

A friend of mine works in UE4 every day. 8350 does him very well. He wants more CPU horsepower though, rendering lightmaps is arduous.
