FX-8320 idle at 50C?

This happen right after i got a booting issue from my hard drive. Specifically, it was unable to boot into windows, so i have to restart the pc and boot it from my disc drive and repair it, but i couldn't. So i tried to boot back into desktop with the HDD, and it's normal again. But after that, my FX 8320 temp went up to 50C and more when i was texting with my friend on facebook. I'm not gonna ask is this normal cuz when i use the pc to text with friends, it was around 35 - 40 C but this is so f**king insane temperature. I did not take anything in the pc out either. Then i tried to play the Tomb Raider game, the highest temp reached was 82.4C. But after that, it stayed under 80C. Tomb Raider requires not really fast processor, but i didn't try with Advanced Warfare, because normally when i play Advanced Warfare, i normally get around 70C. Please help me solve this problem

You can't accurately check the temperature with software; only AMD Overdrive can accurately report thermal margins (how far from throttling the CPU is). What are the thermal margins?

so can i make the performance slower, so it can stay under 80?

What are the thermal margins? Are they higher than 10°C?
