FX 8320 low temps running prime95

I know their is so many threads about this but i see this a crazy odd at the reading im getting running prime for 3 hrs and never getting a proper reading.
I just find it odd i cant get a proper reading even under load.

With my oc i also didnt up voltage so that is a possible factor
(Yes its stable)

AM3 FX 8320 unlocked 3.5 ghz (4 ghz turbo clock) which is overclocked to 5 ghz
MSI 970 Gameing MB
Gskill sniper 16gb 1866 mhz
Cryborg H5 heatsink

I am using HW moniter for temp monitering
Max reading
CPU 20c
Socket 50c
System 33c
Package 13c

That is odd. Try AoD and see what the thermal margins are under load. http://www.amd.com/en-us/innovations/software-technologies/technologies-gaming/over-drive
Remember, thermal margins read inversely to temperatures. The higher the temp, the lower the thermal margin.
