I'm on 700-1000 budget to buy a pc that I can game/stream. Is it worth it to spend extra bucks on intel? I mainly stream league of legends, cs go and payday. Also it should be able to record 1080p 60fps. I'll be getting a 144hz monitor. Recommend me builds, and is fx 8320 that bad compared to i7 6700k? Or i5 6600k?

Yes the FX8320 is that bad, especially with a 144hz monitor. This would be way better for about the same price as a FX8320 build.

If you want i7 performance, just swap the i5 for the Xeon

Thanks guys :p . i5 cab stream 720p 60fps and record 1080p60fps. Is it capable of doing both at the same time? Or only on at a time. Maybe should go skylake?

e3 1231v3is the best choice for this budget, the performance is there, a very basic motherboard is all you need for two ram slots and a pcie 3 slot along with usb3 and sata 3, they can all be had on a b85 motherboard for under 60 dollars for now while they last.

the 8320 to reach anywhere near the performance of a e3 1231v3 will need a 150+ motherboard. Getting the 6600 is an option but not buying a decent 120-130 dollar motherboard to overclock would be a waste of a k series chip getting a locked version really doesn't save you a lot of money yet as the b150 or h170 boards are all around 100 dollars.
and maybe 20 on the chip.

I'm tired and i hope this makes sense, it doesn't feel like much but rambling.

If you do not OC, do not need the iGPU, E3-1231V3 is the best bang for bucks.
E3-1231V3 is for normal users simply a cheaper i7 4790 without the iGPU.
Even Skylake can not beat the price/performance value of an E3-1231V3.

You can use either B85 or H97 for the E3-1231V3 if you do not plan to SLI, which is quite cheap.
If you want to SLI, you must still pick Z97.
