Hello,
#1:
I have a FX 8320, with 2x7950, Asrock 970 Extreme 3 R2.0. I am a complete noobie at overclocking, and by guessing I got it to 4.5GHZ with a Be Quiet Shadow Rock 2 CPU Cooler and it goes up to 59C -+3C. So I'm worried that since I'm a noob I will lower the life span of my CPU by alot, so I ask here for advice. Is 1.4125V too much? I got it to work at 1.3875 (or something like that), it ran BF3 just fine at 60fps when I spawn and then I got ~90-110fps. But the problem is that in prime 95 It says illegal sumout on a couple of the cores. It still says that on 1.4125V but I just decided that it does not matter since BF3 works for me. I left the FSB on auto, the NB stock, and everything else on auto, because I had no idea what they did. Should I lower my Voltage to 1.3875 (I think it was that), change any of the other settings (FSB, NB, etc.) or keep it at this or even give it more power?
Please help me and tell me the best settings for me to run it at 4.5GHZ at the best settings.
Please note CPU and motherboard longevity is important for me as I do not wish to upgrade my PC for at least 5 years, that's why I did crossfire.

Also the reason I OC in the first place was because the FX 8320 bottlenecked my 2 cards and did not let them run at max usage, and I found that 4.5GHZ was the best and I don't need to push higher.
#3:
Does the FSB and PCI speed make my CPU communicate with my GPUs faster giving me more FPS and higher usage in games?
Thanks, and sorry for the long paragraph!
