I am building a gaming pc. my processor is AMD FX 8350 and GPU is GIGABYTE R9 270X 4 GB.RAM is a 8GB DDR3.

I can not decide which motherboard to buy. I want a motherboard with USB 3.0,over clockable.
I want a motherboard which is under $90.

I would very glad if you can help me.

For overclocking you should check out 990FX boards (except the Asrock 990FX extreme3, I just heard some bad reviews), but you won't find them under $90. The Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 Has USB, is somewhat overclockable and so on. If you do want a 990fx board, look at the M5A99 board, or the sabertooth 990fx.

Update: It seems M5A97 R2.0 EVO is out of stock on Newegg, so here is a Gigabyte version of a good 970 board...

Thanks.
Is a Gigabyte-970A-DS3P Okay?
Thank you very much.

Yeah, it's good. Aslong as it has decent VRM cooling and so on, you'll be fine. Remember, though, when overclocking cooling the CPU is easy, but cooling the motherboard VRMs is another story, so always look at their temperatures. I like the program AIDA64 for this. Good luck! :)
