FX-8320... Should I avoid overclocking on this board?

So I've been given this CPU by a friend brand new as he was sent 2 by Amazon and they said they don't want it back. Ended up giving him the money for it(£70 instead of £110). Which is awesome however I'm going to have to buy a new motherboard that's compatible with my case. Unfortunately, not many are available other than the 2 I will list below:
Full build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/ZhLChM
Compatible motherboards: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-m5a78lmusb3 + http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-ga78lmtusb3

I will have arctic cooling thermal paste on the build & it'll be cooled by the cooler there. I want to know if I could overclock on either of these motherboards or should I avoid doing so? I read up its not a good idea about the ASUS but not sure, Gigabyte I was told by a friend that it would be fine without O/C but I want an opinion of another. I will only have £45 spare which is the price of either motherboard and not have any money for over a month spare to get a case(don't suggest it pls).

Note: I'll most likely be adding an R9 270 in the future. Let me know if you think it'd be ok to add this. It will be this: uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr927oc2gd - Thanks.

It doesn't work that way. First, the A* CPUs aren't CPUs at all but "APUs". They also run on the FM1 or FM2 socket. You can't plug the FX CPU into an FM2 board. Second, the board won't boot at all if it doesn't support the CPU. I suspect this late in the game the 760 has a bios already installed that will support the FX8320. But this didn't used to be a 100% for sure thing. Either of those will run the CPU, but OCing is out on either board.

Unfortunately its the only option I have as I can't afford a new case and already have the CPU. So I'll uninstall this bios for my A6-6400K(ROFL)(The motherboard etc) then install the other and it should... hopefully be ok? =P
