This is an issue thats bugging me for a while i hope some of the toms community have run into this issue. its to do with CPU clock numbers in HWMonitor

When at 3.5GHZ instead of showing MIn/Max whole numbers like it used to, it now rounded numbers instead randomly ie 1360/3659, when at 4.0GHZ that it is right now the Max is showing 3910 mhz

i clearly remember it showing the full clock speeds, ie at 4.0GHZ the max would read 4000 mhz

im trying to link an image of it ive just uploaded, i hope someone can shed light on this

Solved this issue now. last nite i took the last 2 ram sticks out 2gb each leaving 8gb and it booted normal showing stock clocks as it should do.

i put one 2gb in slot 3 and left the 4rth out as it came preowned with the motherboard, presto!!! its working perfectly fine

i do not get that black screen anymore on boot where it says failed to boot several times before and overclocks works a charm, il leave 4th stick out now either stick is faulty or 4th ram slot is faulty
